Built for startup founders

An honest AI advisor for your startup.

CLASH pressure-tests your idea before the market does, then stays with you as the venture grows, telling you what you have proven, what you are only assuming, and what to test next.

  1. Score

A 1-to-5 read on each of the five CLASH dimensions.

  2. Separate

What the evidence shows versus what is still assumed.

  3. Remember

Your venture’s history, so every answer builds on the last.

Do not defend the startup idea. Continuously expose it to stronger reality.

The principle CLASH is built on

How it works

From a first idea to a clearer next move

  1. Share your idea

Describe the problem, who has it, and any evidence you have seen. No pitch deck, no polish needed.

  2. Add founder context

An idea has a founder. Your experience and perspective are part of the picture.

  3. Check what CLASH understood

Review what will be assessed, edit it if needed, and confirm. Nothing runs until you say so.

  4. Read your first 360° CLASH

See all five dimensions, what needs a closer look, and the next credible test.

The framework

Five dimensions, one honest diagnosis

Each dimension asks a plain question. Together they show where an idea is strong, where it is only assumed, and what is worth testing next.

  1. Concrete Friction

Is the problem painful enough to make someone change their behaviour?

  2. Loud Proof

Is there evidence that people actually care?

  3. Asymmetric Edge

Why you, and why is it difficult to copy?

  4. Subversive MVP

What is the smallest version worth testing?

  5. Heat Index

Does the market have enough energy?

Inside the Core

A private workspace that remembers your venture

Journey records what happened. Ask CLASH reasons about what it means when you ask. The Compass shows where you stand and what to test next.

Journey

Log what happened in your own words. One source stays one event, and saving never changes your assessment.

Illustrative

Recorded by you

Spoke with two office managers about how they order team lunches.

Recorded by you

Published a sign-up page. No sign-ups yet.

Ask CLASH

Ask questions about your venture. Answers draw on what you have recorded, not on generic advice.

Illustrative

What should I test first?

Your strongest signal is the coordination problem. Buying urgency is still an assumption, and a pre-commitment test would tell you more than another survey.

The Compass

See where your venture stands, why it matters, and what to do next. It stays quiet until there is real evidence to read.

Illustrative

Supporting evidence · two founder conversations

Missing evidence · no test of willingness to pay

Uncertainty · interest in interviews, none on the page

Trajectory

Plan your milestones and see what is next. Completed steps fold away so the path stays focused on the test in front of you.

Illustrative

Interview office managers · completed

Test willingness to commit · in progress

Run a paid pilot · planned

What it may mean

An early demand signal for Loud Proof. The sample is still small, so it is worth growing traffic before changing the product.

ReviewNot relevant

Read-only, with your permission. CLASH tells you what changed and why it matters. It never updates your record without you.

How CLASH treats evidence

AI interprets. You decide.

CLASH keeps what you believe apart from what you have demonstrated. It never changes your venture record, milestones or assessments on its own. You authorize every consequential change.

CLASH keeps these states distinct

  • Unsupported
  • Missing
  • Untested
  • Withheld
  • Contradicted
  • Not measurable
  • Planned activity is not evidence.
  • One source stays one source, however many ways it is read.
  • Founder-confirmed is not the same as verified market truth.

Why CLASH exists

Building is easier. Knowing what to build isn’t.

Working with executives, Dr. Krisztina Edelmann kept seeing the same gap: founders could build faster than ever, but still struggled to prove the market wanted their idea.

CLASH began in April 2025, on a flight to Geneva. The question that stayed with her: how do you know if your startup deserves to exist?

The goal isn’t to prove your idea is good. It’s to find out whether it’s worth fighting for.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

What does CLASH evaluate?

Problem intensity, evidence of demand, defensible advantage, the smallest meaningful MVP and market energy. It then connects the five signals into one diagnosis.

Does a strong result guarantee success?

No. CLASH is a structured stress test, not a guarantee. It helps you decide what to validate with real customers before committing more time or money.

Is my idea private?

Your idea is stored securely in your account and protected by row-level access controls, so only you can access it.

Do I need to pay to start?

No. Start free and explore your first diagnosis before deciding how to continue.

Better to find the fracture here than in the market.

Share your idea, add founder context, and run your first 360° CLASH.
